Adebowale A. Adepitan is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning the energy sector, business development, corporate services, security and risk management, government intelligence, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

He has held senior leadership positions across energy, real estate, investment, and security services, with extensive experience in strategic planning, commercial development, corporate governance, procurement, contract management, regulatory compliance, operational transformation, and government relations. At R & J Energy Ltd., he served as Director of Security Services, providing strategic oversight of security, risk management, business continuity, procurement, and regulatory coordination for energy-sector operations.

His leadership experience also includes serving as Executive Director, Business Development & Strategy at Pillarworld Securitas Solution Ltd. and E.D at Berghaus Limited, where he led strategic partnerships, business growth, corporate operations, investment initiatives, and stakeholder relationships.

Earlier in his career, he served with Nigeria’s Department of State Services, developing extensive expertise in intelligence, strategic risk assessment, inter-agency coordination, executive protection, and high-level government engagements.

He holds a B.Sc. in International Politics & Criminology from London South Bank University, alongside professional training in business administration, intelligence, security, and risk management.
